A home to call our own… March 16, 2008
So, Stephen and I just sent off our application for this house that we really, really, really, really, really want. It is really just the perfect house. It has 4 bedrooms, and it has an adorable backyard. The tub in the bathroom is HUGE. It looks like a home. With the baby on the way, we both want a house that we can spread out in, and make a home for all of us. It will be perfect for Tanner and the baby to each have their own rooms!
Appointment March 11, 2008
I had an appointment at the Women’s Clinic today, and everything went really good. My appointment was scheduled at 8:30am, and by 9:30am I had my appointment with my doctor, gotten blood drawn, and visited with my prenatal coordinator. All that was left was the ultrasound. I waited–not peeing–and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally at 12:30ish, I had my ultrasound. Ughhhh!
Here is my picture:
blah…blah…blah… March 3, 2008
I am finally beginning to kick this cold. I am really glad because it was really wearing me down. My body had been working triple time to help me get over it, and I was spending whole days in bed. Now, I get to focus on being pregnant, and enjoying all that it brings.
I have felt really good w/the pregnancy. I have only had morning sickness a few times–which is really great. I have, however, felt exhausted. My bedtime has been earlier and earlier. Some nights I fall asleep before 8pm. My cravings have been varied. Some days I want ice cream–some days I want orange juice. Stephen has been great with coping with my cravings. My mood swings have been equally as varied. My hormones are running a muck, and I had an incredibly bitchy day yesterday. I will be glad in a few weeks when my first trimester is over, and my hormones slow down a bit.
Tanner’s birthday is in 12 days. I can’t believe that he is turning 8 years old. It seems like it was only yesterday that I was brining him home from the hospital.
